Spectrophotometer UV-Vis JASCO V-530 (Jasco, Japan)

Double beam type spectrophotometer. Designed to measure the absorption spectrum of a sample at wavelengths in the range 190 to 1100 nm. The light sources used in the V-530 are a deuterium(D2) lamp (190 to 350 nm) for the UV region and a halogen (WI) lamp (340 to 1100 nm) for the VIS/NIR region.

Atomic absorption spectrometer Solaar 6 (Solaar M6, TJA Solutions, Cambridge, UK)

Atomic absorption spectrometer with double background correction in flame electrothermal mode with hollow cathode lamp.

EDXRF spectrometry (Epsilon3 spectrometer, PANalytical, the Netherlands).

Energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer Epsilon 3 with the Rh target X-ray tube with 50-μm Be window and max. power of 9 W. The spectrometer is equipped with thermoelectrically cooled silicon drift detector (SDD).

ICP-OES spectrometer (SpectroBlue, Spectro Analytical Instruments GmbH, Germany)

Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer with max. power of 0.7-1.7 kW, frequency of 27.12 MHz, air cooled, polichromator wavelength range 165-770 nm; nebulizer cross-flow type.
