4300 DNA Analyzers are applied in the analysis of polymorphism and genotyping using molecular markers (e.g. AFLP, SSR). This type of system also allows the detection of mutation using TILLING strategy. The analyzer detects signals emitted by fluorescent labels which are excited by laser light of a specific wavelength (700 and 800 nm). The system is equipped with a compatible software (e-Seq) that enables an efficient analysis of results.
